Core Memory: Parent + Child Wheel Throwing Class
An opportunity to create a core memory with your child through clay.
Designed for beginners and curious creatives, this guided class is the perfect environment for quality time, new skills, and an object you’ll hold onto longer than your kid might want you to!
Each pair (one adult and one child, ages 6+) will have their own wheel to work on as they learn the basics of centering clay, forming simple shapes, and discovering the challenge of the pottery wheel. Our experienced instructor will guide you step-by-step, ensuring a fun and supportive environment for all skill levels.
What’s Included:
One pottery wheel per person
All materials, aprons, tools, and clay
Instruction and hands-on support
Glazing and firing of 1–2 finished pieces per person (to be picked up at a later date)
Duration: 90 minutes
Ages: Children 6+ with a participating adult
Workshop Tickets are Non Refundable:
Workshop tickets are non-refundable, but they are transferable to a different participant. If you are unable to attend a workshop, you can find someone else to take your place! If this is the case, please email and give us the heads up with their name and we will update our list. In the event of unsafe weather conditions like a severe snow storm, we will cancel or postpone the workshop. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, we will offer you a refund.
